The best managers and the one the employees will like the best are the Managers who have been through the same job as the employees for a long time and are very good at the job. This is the sort of manager the employees will really like as they will look up to him or her as a role model for their future career. And the employees will have a lot of confidence in their advice and guidance as the manager has much more experience than that of the employees.
