Minimise Management levels for more success

I read somewhere a while back that the more successful businesses and companies are those which contain the lease levels of management. In my opinion this is better also for a large variety of reasons which I wont go into but to mention some:
When there are a lot of levels of management, then employees won’t feel too comfortable, especially the new employees and there would probably be lots of internal hatred which would lead to one group of managers going against another group of managers! This is the last thing you want in your business so keep this in mind!
