We juggle so many things in our day to day lives now that is no wonder more & more of us are suffering from stress, myself included! We put so many pressures on ourselves to be great in all aspects of our lives – work, relationships, our homes, the list is endless. Recently, I really did feel like it was all getting on top of me so I decided to try & find ways to maybe not eradicate stress completely but to at least manage it better. So in my quest for a stress free life, I have found a few things that have really helped. I know it sounds a bit cliché, but the most important thing I would say is actually making time for yourself. Other things that have really helped are exercise, a weekly massage & having a wind down routine at the end of every day.
