Many people want to become managers for only one reason. What’s this reason? They want to be able to shout at their team like crazy and tell everyone outside of their work (i.e. Friends and Family) that they’re the boss.
Now is this what a manager should be like? Well let me tell you.
Most of the time, these manager’s won’t last too long. before they know it, they’ll be kicked out of their position and then? Then they will realise what a good manager is and probably after this time, they will realise that next time, they will be a bit more better.
